Components of an Automobile

Main components

·        The basic structure: It consists of the frame, the suspension system, axels, wheels & tyres.

The engine: It provides the motive power for all various functions in a vehicle or its parts require to perform. The engine used in automobiles is IC (Internal combustion) engines.

·        The transmission system: It consists of a clutch, a gear box providing three, four or even five different ratios of torque output to input, a propeller shaft to transmit the torque from gear box to the rear axle and a differential gear to distribute the final torque to the driving wheels.

·       

     The auxiliaries: The principal one, out of these is electrical system.

·        

     The controls: They consist of steering system & brakes.

·        

     The superstructure: In those cases where frameless construction is not adopted there must be a super structure, i.e. the body.

 Hey hi Fellas, Folks, Dudes, Punks, Gals, Chicks, Babes n everybody out there who don’t belong to these categories this is Yash. I love Automobiles and I’m here to share MECHANISM & TECHNOLOGIES used in Automobiles since they were created till today.

Automobile are closely related to us Humans & its functioning are more or the less same in nature. Despite of differences in appearance & systems, they have almost same principle of working. Strange but true .

We Humans have bones as d basic & an essential frame to support our organs, muscles & God knows, what not & where all these are located in various corner of our body.

Similarly Automobiles have a frame known as Chassis over which the whole assembly of Engine, Power-train, various Systems & Accessories are mounted.

We humans don’t need Head-lamps & Tail-lamps as already there are lots of Flashy stuffs in us. The only things automobiles cannot do is enjoy infatuation, lust, love, S**, etc.
